Do not squeeze zits, you risk damaging your face and leaving permanant acne scars.
You can try using a clay mask daily, or you can use a moisturizer including something like alpha hydroxy acid to help dissolve such clogs. Follow the instructions that come with the product, and exfoliate your skin as necessary to clear off the layer of dead skin cells on the surface.
If the problem persists, go find a dermatologist, they should know what to do.
Drink lots of water to keep your skin healthy as well, it does help.

Go see a dermatologist if possible.You might have millia from a cream you are using or maybe you are having rosacea. It's hard to determine without seeing your skin and knowing the products you are using. Try using nothing on your skin except for a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil and water for a week or two. Slowly re-introduce new products back and see which products are causing the whiteheads. There is more information on-line about milia and rosacea. These are imporatant to know about in regards to your skincare. Also, be very gentle with the skin as scrubbing can sometimes cause further break-outs. Avoid extremely hot or cold water and other temperature extremes. Try to resist the urge to pick at the skin because it can cause scarring and broken blood vessels.
