I actually found a facial oil that slows down your skins oil production, clears up pimples/ acne and dissolves black heads within 4-8 weeks I put all the info on my blog as it's quite detailed:

Black heads are basically a hardened oil mixture that was secreted from your pores and oxidized (which makes the outside part black) and since water and oil don't mix, no water based product can ';clean'; your blackheads away, just try say putting certain foundations or makeups on the mirror and if you wipe it with water it smudges all over but put a little baby oil and wipe and tada! it comes off super clean AND dissolves it. So this is basically how this oil works. It's composition is such that the skin accepts it as a healing oil and it does not clog your skin but rather protects it while the plant extracts inside go down into the pores (this absorption is made possible by applying the toner to the skin before applying the oil and then applying the dabs of oil over your moistened face), it then penetrates into the pores.

umm use T-3 acne wash frm wtason which help to clear the pimples and acne and u can also use tea tree b0dy shop facial wash or u can also use thanakha facial wash frm sg website at 88db t0 clear the pimples and blackheads...u can also use fancl wash wash..its gd..
I use clearasil. It is great. Use the wipes as you are able to see the dirt that you wipe off your face. Whatever you get make sure you use it when you wake up and just before you got to bed. If you wish too do it in the middle of the day too.

Yepz water and water. Try not to use the acne creams and so on as they keep the dirt in. Wash your face frequently. Using anti- bacterial soap keeps your face clean and grease free. I thought that nothing would ever get rid of my black heads and pimples and it did (not that I was one of those people covered, I only had occasional breakouts). There is this little pink bottle and it is actually sulfer that you dab on the pimple and leave it on overnight...not kidding next morning it's gone! Try It!

Witch Hazel is a natural astringent. I will open pores with a warm washcloth and pop the puss out and then swipe on some witch hazel with a cotton pad. It dries and removes oil, but it's not too drying.

To pop them, scrape a safety pin over the whitehead till it's punctured (it doesn't need to pierce very deeply) and squeeze the fluid out. Steaming your face over a pan of boiling water helps a lot as well.
i also suggest the hot water remedy.
did it last night actually on a stubborn pimple.
HOT WATer on it, to get all germs off then with your CLEAN hands pop it and take all blood out if you dont get blood then it might leave mark, spread,
