Getting rid of whiteheads?10 points for most helpful answer....?

i often get them and i am just worried bcoz i have A LOT of HUGE scaring that is brown and i dont want it to spread over the chin(where the whitehead currently is) ..and i have the scaring all over the forehead.


anyway,without squeezing them what can i do?


it itches and it sticks out a lot and i cant stop myself anymore from picking it?help?
