what are some easy an simple ways to get rid of whiteheads. i have A LOT of whiteheads on my forehead

I don't think you should pop them, if you do that they could probably leave a mark like making your forehead red. You could wet a wash cloth that has the texture of a towel, and soap it up really good, then gently yet firmly rub on the white heads for about 2 - 3 mins. wash your hands, squeeze. It's probably going to hurt, you cant really do anything about it. If it dosen't squeeze easily leave it alone till later.


After you pop them take a q-tip, pur alcohol on it and dab it on the zit. This will help it to dry out faster.





You can also dab alcohol on zits before they get the white head.
pop them and put an anti-septic cream on after like sudocrem, that should hep prevent them from coming back. Also use a facial scrub weekly, and a toner daily, that should help keep spots at bay
