Milia (whiteheads) on nose how to get rid of them?

i have million of tiny whiteheads on my nose, the seem to be deep in the skin .i have used nose strips but they dont seem to work .how do i get rid of them and will they just go if i leave themMilia (whiteheads) on nose how to get rid of them?
