if they look like their ready to be squeezed don't squeeze them use a really rough cloth or something and rub the spots really hard and the heads should come off them but in the meantime make sure you're cleansing toning and moisturising as this will help prevent them looking so bad and for appearing so often hope this helps! x
ok .. sun and heat can increase the amount of oil your skin produces so beware it can cause zits.


prevent zits...use lavender steam...steam your pores open place 1 tsp. of lavender flowers in a pot of hot steamy water and bend over the pot DO not burn yourself do this for 15 minutes rinse with cool water and pat dry..scrubbing your face off won't make them dissappear. wash gently


take a cotton ball and dap on some witch hazel it will keep your skin oil free.
