I have struggled with acne for a lonnnng time. The best thing I have found, even compared to expensive treatments is PanOxyl. I use the wash and the aqua gel. It is a little drying but really does wonders! I highly recommend it if you have stubborn pimples. You can get the wash at Wal Mart for around 10 bucks, the gel is now hard to find in stores so I get it online at skinstore.com, it is 7 bucks. If you want something that really works, I can vouch for Proactive. You have to order it though and it is a bit expensive. I have also found the Clean and Clear products to be pretty good and they are much less expensive. I've always especially liked the Clean and Clear moisturizer with the purple cap that has acne medicine in it. For blackheads, try the Biore strips that pull them out. As far as whitheads, I always pop mine so I don't know what makes them go away other than that.

Persa Gel or Colgate toothpaste for the white heads.


Iodine, Epsom Salt, and Warm water mixed.


Dip in a cotton ball and hold on black heads for 30 seconds.
