so annoying! i have perfect skin except those little suckers...How do you get rid of whiteheads? (ugh)?
Ok, toothpaste will burn and leave a mark =o)

Ok some of these answers are sending shivers up my spine, but to successfully be free of whiteheads here are a few concepts to think about.


Whiteheads are like blackheads (similar lump) except they are trapped under the skin (where blackheads are black due to the oxidation of the oil in the pore).


Rule 1 - DONT pick at them, chances are you'll cause scar tissue, remember they are under the skin, not open like a blackhead is.


Rule 2 - Regular chemo-exfoliation - using skincare with AHA's such as glycolic acid helps speed dead cell removal to clear the trapped clogging out


Rule 3 - Professional treatment - a dermatolagist or trained aesthetican should be able to extract them from the skin


Rule 4 - Normalise the skin - vitamin A essentially normalises out the cell division etc. so by using a good vitamin A system (im a personal fan of environ skincare) will aid in the long term health and success of perfect skin
