I have the same problem get a pimple cream like nuetrogena on the spot works well , a face scrub and nose strips. OK first wash your face with the scrub and be sure to scrub underneath your lip. moisturize your face and then put ont he acne treatment next after everything is dry get the nose trip and place it on the area under your lip it should help with the dirt under your lip also do a face mask every once a weekHave whiteheads under my lip and on I'm chin i want to know how to rid of them!!!!?
