Whiteheads! NEED to get rid of them overnight. PLEASE HELP!?

Tomorrow is a pretty big day. I'll be giving some people some first impressions and I want to put my best face foward. But I can't do that with three juicy whiteheads on it! I have one on my lip, one right under my nose, and one right smack dab in the middle of my cheek. I need to get rid of them by tomorrow; and I need to get rid of them overnight. PLEASE, I need all the suggestions I can get.Whiteheads! NEED to get rid of them overnight. PLEASE HELP!?
you have all your time to prepare. if you go to your dermatologist, she will have to prick and extract the pus from the whiteheads too and then apply a solution to make it heal in less than six hours...but you can do it yourself. you just have to make sure that everything is sanitized before you extract the mucus in the whiteheads. dont use your fingers or nails in pricking it. you can buy an extractor, it's like a small metal stick with a pricker on its tip. when you have sanitized the area and the metal itself, you can extract the mucus. it would really hurt and there would be a small amount of blood that would squirt out. immediately dub/press a moistened cotton with mild astringent against the pricked area to stop blood flow. after 8-10seconds, remove the cotton and let the area dry for a few minutes. then apply a small amount of tazarotene 0.1 percent cream plus clindamycin 1 percent gel or CLINDAMYCIN GEL on the pricked area (see http://dermatology.cdlib.org/133/origina鈥?/a> to catalyze healing and remove the possibility of acquiring scars. let it dry. the area where the whiteheads where once were would not be noticed by tomorrow. before you follow this advice, you really have to check a dermatologist who can advise you about your skin's pH because the clindamycin gel and astringent only work for people who do not have sensitive skin.Whiteheads! sleep with a moist cloth on your face, and wipe it dry every fie minutes, until you fall asleep.
I have whiteheads too, mostly under my eyes. I have tried many things, from visiting the useless dermatologist (he told me wait till I'm 18 and get them zapped- wtf, right?) to going to estheticians to have them popped. The most useful is to use the drying lotion from Mario Badescu. It really dries up whiteheads and leaves no visible scars. It's really helpful and works effective however, you don't get results overnight. It normally takes about a week when used consistently. If you must get rid of whiteheads overnight, I would suggest squeezing them out and covering with foundation. This isn't an effective solution in the long-run but the only thing I can think of to get rid of them overnight. Oh, and the toothpaste myth doesn't work. Toothpaste contains many harmful ingredients - would you really want to put toothpaste on your face? Plus, it really irritates your skin and is solely meant for cleaning teeth. toothpaste it dries them out fast put a small dab on each before u go to sleep

take a washcloth and soak it in warm/hot water, then gently press on each of the whiteheads until they drain. put a small amount of mild astringent on the spots. by morning, they should be ok to cover with foundation and powder. if not, repeat the process, then cover with makeup.
Cover your face in butter and grease and oil, so you get so many zits that your whole face is covered. Then your whole face will be red and it will just look like you have a bumpy face with sun burn.
