i have read that when you have whiteheads, it's best not to use a foaming cleanser or scrub because it will spread and cause more breakouts. I am trying to follow that because i have figured that is true. So what is the best way to get rid of them? PLEASE HELP ME.How do you get rid of pimples (mostly whiteheads)?
Whiteheads are the reaction of the fighting of infection. Hormones go a raging and this is your body fighting off all the inside and outside invasions.
You can eiher fight them with a doctors prescription, like my son did. or
Watch your diet and drink plenty of water, all day every day to keep your hormones flowing correctly. In high school at brunch, I'd buy a cinnamin roll and I could feel my face throbbing up and down after eating it. Chocolate, orange juice, any acids.
and keep your hands out of your face unless you are washing your face.
Keep your head wrapped up at night and change your pillow case.
There are a lot of products on the market, but they all may not suit your face! Scrubbing a raw open wound is ludacruis. This will only case more irritation, redness, frustration and crying(I did anyway)...........When I had acne, I use Noxema and I still do till this day. It helps fight germs. Wash your face and then put more on and leave it on, to help fight germs.
Remember you are helping your body fight germs and over active hormones. Blackheads are from clog pores aka: DIRT.
Good LuckHow do you get rid of pimples (mostly whiteheads)?
If your diet consists of alot of junkfood, that could cause some breakouts Im told.
Gees, just POP them, and be sure to clean up the splatters on the mirror..
buy acne treatment... a creme for say and apply it to only the infected spot. not the entire face.
pro active is really good!! my brother used it and there all cleared up
i think that whiteheads in particular are linked to diet. some say that dairy products can cause over production of mucus for some people. even though its not good to eliminate dairy from your diet completely, you might try it for a short time, say a week and see if it prevents new ones from appearing. switch to calcium enriched soya substitutes during this time. hope this helps.
