I would say leave them alone %26amp; they will go away by their selves but if your like me its so hard to leave them alone so do it the safe way. Put a warm wash cloth over the whiteheads for about 30 seconds %26amp; then get 2 Q-tips %26amp; squeeze them until blood starts coming out %26amp; then stop %26amp; put on a dab of neosporin or an acne cream....I hope this helps!
