I have like mini whiteheads on my chin & nose?

i think its maybe excess oil ? but i dont kno . i use neutrogena oil free acne wash . theyre little whitee spots all over my chin %26amp; the sides of my nose . %26amp; sometimes on the corners of my mouth, like one or two . you cant really see it unless you come really close . %26amp; theyre wayy to small to squezze. what are they %26amp; how do i get rid of them ?I have like mini whiteheads on my chin %26amp; nose?
