Hi there, my mom said holding an ice cube to them works, but they still have to be white on the top. Not sure how long you have to hold them for, but try for a few minutes at first, then put it on longer if that doesn't work. She read this in a magazine and supposedly it works. Hey, it isn't painful, so its worth a try right? =)

Go out and buy proactive. It works better than anything.
I would exfoliate with a gentle exfoliate morning and night. My daughter is going through that, and if she does it 2x's a day, it gets rid of them and her nose stays smooth.
