Have you tried Proactiv? I've heard from many that Clinique line against acne also works very well for problematic skin. Also, use oil-absorbing paper and try to rinse your face as often as possible during work-outs, so that not to allow sweat to mix with dead skin cells and oil. From natural staff, try masks from fresh cucumber, egg whites and rinse your face with green tea.
try something with salicylic acid, like clearasil face wash. you can get the foaming face wash or the gel-soap in a pump. Exfoliate once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells that may be blocking your pores. I believe clearasil makes a blackhead clearing scrub. I know you said whitehead, but it will do the same thing.
Melaleuca makes a line of products called ';Zap It'; which is excellent for you. They use no dangerous chemicals, like formaldehyde, which Olay and other companies use.
