Have you had microdermabrasion with suction? Does it unclog blackheads, whiteheads, etc? Any irritation?

I've gotten some whiteheads and blackheads over the past few weeks along my jawline and on my nose. I'd like to know if microdermabraision will get rid of this before it gets worse.Have you had microdermabrasion with suction? Does it unclog blackheads, whiteheads, etc? Any irritation?
I have the same problem and I had microdermabrasion done. It gets rid of it but expect a few bad pimples a day or two after. I would suggest a chemical peel also. I have oily skin and it helped with that. It stings for a second but the person I go to gives me a fan and it makes the sting go away. I hope it helps :)
