There's no super quick way, but get a good facewash.
Don't touch your face, just wash it atleast 3 times a day, once with soap at the end of the day before bed, but only water the first two because too much can dry it out.
Use the wash in the shower, and try a fast acting acne cream, I recommend Neutrogena.
