go to a doctor!! they will be able to help better than anyone on yahoo answers can.
How do you know it's a fungus, it could be eczema, or you could've got sunburnt. I'd reccomend an antifungal and antibacterial ointment. Follow the directions and if it isn't gone in a week or two. Maybe you should see a doctor, tell him/her what you used and how well it worked, and see if the doctor can't get you something a little more powerful.





If it is fungal and you use a topical steroid you'll make it spread. Of course if it spreads because of the topical steroid you'll know it's fungal for sure. And you can tell the doctor that.
See your Doctor. . he/she may recommend further evaluation by a Dermatologist.
Ok, what you do is get a hatchet and chop it off your nose. That may actually work!!
Try OTC hydrocortisone 5%. It is not a fungus.

tea-tree oil, or any other anti-fungal cream. go to a dermatologist.
