What I use is tea tree oil.





The antibacterial properties really clean out my pores.





It also heals the acne I do have and prevents new eruptions.





You can apply it pure using a cotton swab on all problem areas.





i haven't tried anything yet that works better than tea tree oil (and doesn't do a number on my skin!)

the best thing would be to pop them, then use rubbing alcohol and wipe over them with a clean rag. it will most likely burn, but it will help to clean out the infection and by the next day it should show improvement, do this daily and eventually you will see some pretty good results.
