I've had a pimple with multiple whiteheads on my face for several weeks now and it hasn't shown any signs of dying down yet. I put acne medication on it everyday and I've tried to pop it as well, but it only hurts and I can tell it's nowhere near ready to be popped. You have a very deep pimple. The only thing that ever worked for me was a hot compress. Soak a face cloth in hot water (as hot as you can take) and put it on your pimple, repeat a few times. The heat will help kill the bacteria under your skin, and try and gently squeeze the pus out of it. You may have to do this twice a day for a few days. Try to put the heat on your pimple only, not a lot of your surrounding skin.
