I have a lot of little bumps on my face and some of them are whiteheads what is the best cure?

don't listen to the idiot that said pop them, don't pop them b/c they might get worst. get proactive or neutrogena black head scrub
for one, you are probably using hand saop, which has chenicals that damage facial skin. use a more gentle, facial soap and exfoliate.in time you'll have an amazingly clear face

Use plently of powder, wash your face every day. take these steps:


1. Ask your doctor or a dermatologist for a prescription to Diffferin or Clendamican (Sound that out, I can't spell)


2. Before you wash your face, put a luke warm - hot wash cloth on your face, so your pores open up


3. Use the washcloth, and bar soap to make a good lather, then gentlely move the wash cloth on your face in small circular motions, NOT HARD!!!


4. Wash soap off and dry face


5. Apply 1 of the two medicines. Rotate between the two, the first one day, and the other the next, etc. DON'T APPLY BOTH AT THE SAME TIME!!!! Tour face gets terbily dry and starts flaking.

get a type of cream or wash your face with really REALLY hot water. Then where your bump is, stretch your skin outward, no inward and rub the bump off.
White vinegar, wet a cotton ball or small cloth with white vinegar and apply it to your entire face.then rinse your face really well with warm water. re apply the vinegar to the area that has the white heads. do this before going to bed with in 2 days the white heads will be gone and the vinegar is a natural moisturizer! you'll be amazed at the difference in your skin!
Proactive works really well. It will clear up your acne without drying out your skin.

Try some Benzoyl Peroxide Products... some may recommend Pro-Active, but thats a bit expensive and it may not work for what you have..... Benzoyl Peroxide products come in soaps, creams and pads... you can find them at walmart for a very reasonable price... try Zap Zyt cream, its good.

My face is the same way, I don't know if you use Dial soap but let me tell you It work real good cause it clean all dirt and oil from your face. You can also use coco butter on your face after you wash it so your face won't be dry.





I have been using dial soap for so many months now that my face really look good and i don't really have a problem with my face until it's that time of the month.


I don't know you, but trust me the Dial soap really works.
