White heads are comedones. Comedone is the primary lesion of acne (pimple). Bezyl Peroxide 5 % gel,(Panoxyl), Retinoid 0.05% (Retin-A) cream would help. All the above medication are best applied only at night. As they can cause irritation, apply only a tiny amount to begin with.
Use sea breeze...u can pick it up at walmart....or wal greens or what ever...it workss soo well u put it on a cotten ball and clean ur face and after u see all the dirt....to get rid of a white head you will need

ok so dip the cotten balls in alcohol and clean the whitehead and the area around it.....then take the need/ safety pin and poke the white head GENTLY once or twice NO MORE THAN THAT!!!....then squezze the white head until either blood or liquid comes out..GOOODDD JOBB U GOT RID OF UR WHITE HEAD :DDd
I went to the Doctors about my spots.. She was really snobby and said ';they weren't that bad'; (they were..) and she gave me some spot cream that you use for acne. Its really good.

I have the weaker form (Which is a 5) and the stronger form (which is 10).


I use the 10 for my face, you use it after you wash your face and exfoliate in the morning, and then again at night. I use to weaker cream on my back, because i have spots on my back too %26gt;.%26lt; Embarrassing! XD!
