You are going through pubrity that happens. Here are some ways.

1. Don't pick, press, rub, or otherwise manipulate your pimples. If you do, you risk spreading the bacteria and increasing the chances of scarring.

2. Use an over-the-counter product containing benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It helps break up the plug of dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil that clogs the pore and forms an acne blemish. And it cuts down on the bacteria, too. Start with the lowest concentration, and work your way up.

3. Try over-the-counter products containing sulfur or resorcinol, which help unplug oil glands by irritating the skin. However, most dermatologists believe that benzoyl peroxide is the most effective over-the-counter ingredient for acne.

4. Don't just spot-treat acne; put the product on acne-prone areas, too. That can include your entire face (avoid the lips and eyes), back, and chest.

5. Go easy on your face. Washing removes oils from the surface of the skin, not from within the plugged ducts. In fact, if you're too aggressive in your quest for cleanliness, you may end up drying out or irritating the sensitive skin on your face.

6. Wash properly once or twice a day, using a mild soap, and rub lightly with your fingertips and warm water. If your skin is oily, use a soap with benzoyl peroxide for its drying properties.

7. Don't use brushes, rough sponges, cleansers with granules or walnut hulls, or anything similar on the delicate facial skin.

8. Don't use oily products, such as hair pomades, heavy oil-based facial moisturizers, or oily cleansers.

9. Use water-based make-up.

10. Don't get a facial. You may end up doing more harm than good.

11. Don't rest your chin on your hands or constantly touch your face.

12. Protect your skin from cancer and wrinkles without aggravating your acne by choosing an oil- free sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.

13. Don't worry about what you eat, unless you notice a correlation between a particular food and your skin breaking out.

14. Watch out for iodine, which can be found in multiple vitamins and iodized salt. Some doctors believe iodine may encourage acne.

Can you give me a gold star?. ^_^I hate my face! Because of my pimples and whiteheads! But i do not know how to get rid of them.?
sounds weird but i use

1/3 sugar

2/3 soap (only shaved from a bar of soap)

Add only enough water so as to get it to stick together, but still be hard enough to make it into a ball (should only be the smallest amount)

Flatten it over the pimple, put a cotton bud over the top and then a bandaid... Do this overnight

By the morning when you take it off the sugar soap will have drawn all the puss / gross stuff out of your skin
The fastest way to get rid of pimples (as fast as overnight) and preventing break-outs (when they are still really small) is to apply Hirudoid cream. It's amazing how it controls the redness of the pimple and prevents them from growing into horrible zits.

The cream is also great for preventing pimple scars from developing when it is applied while the scars are still fresh.
There is this Clearasil scrub that I have been using the passed week and it seems to be working pretty well. I dont think it was more than about $5.
You really don't have to have allot of money to have a good regime, just keep your skin clean, soap and water is just as good as any fancy lotion or potion, and an inexpensive moisturiser will do the job just as well, the other thing to remember is don't keep touching your spots it just transfers the bacteria to other areas......good luck
Benzoil peroxide.

It is what they use in all topical acne meds (get it at a pharm.)

Also Tetracycline works

It is in a pill form and it's what they use in most pill form acne meds (except it restricts your night time diet and you have to avoid direct sunlight)(get it from perscription)
well you should not pick them because they will get worse

so just wash your face every morning with water
keep your face clean by washing it regularly with a mild soap.

listen to everything the answerers above had said. it will help...

if it still doesn't work, punta ka na kay Dra. Belo.

kaya mo yan, girl! best of luck...

hehehe
toothpaste on your bad spots. The paste, not gell. It will help reduce redness and somthing in it fights the bacteria that causes zits n stuff, Ive used it before when I ran out of my prescription and it helps a lot.
all you have to do to clear up pimples is take an egg and beat it up in a bowl, then rub it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes a day.Wash it off with soap and water, and you will have clear skin in about a week. also brush your teeth with peroxide 3 times a week for whiter teeth..
Use unscented soap, Do not use soap with fragrance.Try mixing baking soda with soap, and wash daily with it.
For your face, remember to use a mild soap, or one made for oily skin. A clean face will make it hard for pimples and whiteheads to get a hold. You can use an astringent, such as witch hazel after washing to eliminate open pores and to help in killing any bacteria that soap has missed. Never rub your face too hard while washing, it can make pimples spread. Use warm water to wash, and cooler water to rinse.

About once a week you can apply a hot wet washcloth to your face, this will help open up the pores to release dirt and oil, and may help to drain the whiteheads, as the heat will help them to pop without causing unsightly scarring.

As far as dark skin under your arms, it needs moisturizing. Dove makes a moisturizing antiperspirant that would be just what you need. Hopefully a local store carries it there.

Good luck to you!
Try putting a scrambled egg on your face and let it dry, then wash it off. It works great for drying out the oily clogged pores that cause acne.
