How can i prevent whiteheads from forming?

clean your face daily with an astringent (facial cleaner). do not just wash your face with water...skin oil repels water so the water just pushes it into the pours.


neutragina (how ever you spell it) has some great products available at your local super market for cheap, and they last a long time.





your makeup may also clog your pores and cause pimples. if you wear makeup wash your makeup off before you go to bed (with facial cleanser). and don't use OLD makeup (like 2-3 year old makeup). its not good anymore.





ALSO: change your pillow cases often (every week at least). dirt from your skin and dead skin cells will get into pores. AND when you rest your head on your hands, rest your head on the BACK of your hands, your palms have dirt and alot of oil on them.





you might want to also try a TONER and a MOISTURIZER. facial cleansers will dry out your skin. but only put the moisturizer where your skin doesn't produce oil or lots of sweat. the moisturizers on the market to day are formulated to not clog pores, but they still may cause pimples in some areas if you apply too much (you usually only need a little) or apply it in places you don't really need it (be aware of where your dry. you can tell where you dry by using just the facial cleanser and feeling your face through out the day to see where you're skin is soft and where its really dry or you feel tightness.How can i prevent whiteheads from forming?
Keep your face oil free. Get a face wash that really cleanses your face. Oil will clog your pores and then the whiteheads will form.
use a gentle face scrub to remove dead skin cells, dirt and oil which will block your pores and cause whiteheads and blackheads.
Wash with soap and water often.
