Well use a clay facial like Freeman Feeling Beautiful( Under $4) and it will take the white head off then wash your face with something that has salicylic acid (Biore Ice Cleanser, about $8) in it then if you have a acne gel put a dab on over it (Clean%26amp;Clear Clean cleaning astringent, $5 or Clean%26amp;Clear Spot Treatment Gel, like $7-$10). If you don't have a facial use a scrub like St.Ives Apricot scrub(Under $4) to see if the white head comes off with that and do the same steps as before and if you don't have a scrub use a wash cloth and wash your face with Dove soap or whatever your normal cleanser if you can't go out to buy anything, but be gentle.
