Whiteheads dont know what to do?

I used proactive and it worked but not anymore dont know why and i have all my whiteheads back. What do i used i have sensitive skin should i keep using proacitve?Whiteheads dont know what to do?

avoid oil based cleansers and toners, drink loads of water to flush your system.


Usually small white heads are a excess oil build up and also sometimes a dairy thing. ( i used to get these on my forehead when i drank too much milk!


i still drink milk and have dairy as i love it but just slowed down my intake on this and also oily food.


Try giving your self a ex foliation. Use NO brand just a glove or wash cloth which you can get at department stores, chemists and some cheap stores.


Use water and the cloth only and give your face a gentle scrub that way.

I had this problem for so long, and i tried everything, literally. So i finally went to a dermatologist, and she said that most cleansers, and topical creams actually have no effect on whiteheads because they are closed comedones. If you make a dermatologist appt, they can extract the whiteheads and give you pills and some creme to help stop them in the future.
Yes keep using the Proactive. If i were you i would get in touch with the Proactive people and tell them what is going on.


I find applying a hot face cloth and holding it against the whiteheads to help to open the pores,do this five or six times about 3 times a day it seems to help then pop open.
Go to the dermatologist! Only she/he can know you medical history, take a look at your skin, and advise what would help. Also, think about it...how can one system, like Proactive, be good for everyone in the country's skin? We're all different!

not everyone can use the same facial cleansers/treatments and have it work continuously because everyones different
I got rid of mine with murad and salt water washes - get sea salt (if you have access to organic shop, that's better) and mix with evian water and soak your face for best results
